Shooters is more of a hostess bar than just a beer bar selling food. It's at the top of Soi Diamond near Pratamnak Road.

They have some nice girls who will come and chat to you, take care of whatever you want to order to drink, and generally make sure you enjoy yourself.

The music played in the bar is decent rock - cum - rock-n-roll, so no worries about having to endure techno if it's not your thing.

It's a good place if you want to have a chat with a friend or to be able to talk to another customer or one of the girls. The good thing is the music is at an acceptable level. It's never going to cause you any hearing loss with the reasonable level it's played in Shooters.

There tends to a fair amount of partying going on in this bar, whether it's due to customers wanting a party and having a good time or just the boss hosting the parties, I never really found out!

Either way there is a good selection of bottled beers from around the world, a lot of them German beers, which are very nice. Also here they sell not only the lager version of Beer Laos, but also the Dark Beer Laos itself. A wonderful beer if you enjoy real ale, admittedly it's strong at 6.4% ABV, but very more-ish all the same!

There's a large selection of snacks to choose from in Shooters, the food has always been good and decent size portions too.

When there is a party, this is also when the food is very good, from burgers to pork and everything else in-between.
